Group Dining

The Owners, Management and Staff would like to welcome you to Jesse’s and  thank you for taking the time to review our function package. Our private and semi-private dining areas are ideal for weddings, rehearsal dinners, quiet family gatherings, business meetings and holiday parties. We look forward to making your party a special occasion.

Choosing your Dining Area

Both of Jesse’s dining areas provide distinctively different atmospheres and accommodations.  Please review each room’s requirements to determine which area would suit your group and its needs most appropriately.

“The Greenhouse” is a semi-private dining area, filled with lush greenery. This area, which is located down a few stairs from the main dining level, accommodates 30-35 guests comfortably. On Friday and Saturday evenings, private bookings will be required to satisfy an all-inclusive minimum spending requirement* of $700.00. Semi-private bookings or private bookings on Sundays – Thursdays are excluded from the minimum spending requirements.

“The Adirondack Room” is comfortably decorated in the style of a cozy Adirondack cabin and is Jesse’s largest private dining area. This facility seats up to 70 guests for a private event and can accommodate smaller groups for semi-private dining.  This room is adjacent to our outside covered deck, which seats approximately 25 and is great for pre-party cocktails (weather permitting).To reserve the Adirondack Room for private dining there is an all-inclusive minimum spending requirement* of $1000.00 on Sundays through Thursdays and $1500.00 on Fridays and Saturdays.

*The minimum spending amounts are all inclusive (i.e. all taxes and gratuities have been included). We reserve the right to waive the minimum spending requirements at our discretion.  To assist in the preparation for your group, a final count is requested two days prior to your event.

Choosing your Menu

The Open Menu~ Jesse’s offers our complete dinner menu for groups of less than 20 guests.

The Limited Menu ~ To insure that your dining experience is as enjoyable as possible, a limited menu is required for groups of 20 or more guests. All of the limited menu packages include entrée, sides, salad, hot vegetable, coffee, tea, and a seasonal dessert as well as all taxes and gratuities. Please refer to the following packages for complete descriptions. You may also custom design your own limited menu for your group by selecting three entrees from Jesse’s menu.

Choosing your Beverage Service

Jesse’s requires a private bartender for groups booking the Adirondack Room for a private gathering. This service is an additional cost of $75.00 and includes a full bar service for 3 hours.

  • Open Bar - All drinks are paid for by the host/hostess.
  • Cash Bar - All drinks are paid for by the individual guests.(Cash transactions only, no credit cards please)
  • Combination - let us help you put together a creative combination that works best for you.

Policies

To ensure that your group receives the best possible service while dining with us, Jesse’s requires a final count two business days prior to your function. For private gatherings, a confirmation will be mailed that will summarize all arrangements for your gathering as previously discussed with the function manager. Please review these arrangements, sign and return to the function manager prior to your event.

Method of Payment

In an effort to give our customers the best possible level of service, separate checks can only be processed with cash payments; no credit cards or debit cards will be accepted if separate checks are requested.

Jesse’s does not require a room deposit (except during the Holiday Season) or any advanced payment. However, payment in full is due the date of your function. We can process one check and payment method per table, or one check and payment method for your entire group.

Please remember there will be an 9% NH Meals Tax and a 17% gratuity charge added to your bill (please note these have already been added into our all inclusive  dinner packages). Jesse’s accepts Visa, Master Card, and American Express credit cards, as well as business checks, cash or Travelers Cheques.

The Klondike Package

Please choose one beef, one fish & chicken from the following list of entrees:

  • 12oz. Prime Rib

Package Price Per Person:  $31.00

The above packages are all accompanied by a plated garden salad, the hot vegetable of the day, and the choice of side. Available sides are:  organic brown rice, mashed sweet potatoes or baked potatoes (please choose one for your group). If you would prefer to substitute the unlimited salad bar instead of the garden salad, please add an additional $4.95. Following your meals; coffee, tea, and a seasonal dessert will be served.

~You may request a vegetarian entrée to be added to your package at no additional cost.
